So pflegen Sie Ihr Ileostoma

Ihr Ileostoma ist eine chirurgische Öffnung an der Oberfläche Ihres Bauchs, die aus Ihrem Dünndarm entsteht. Möglicherweise müssen Sie einen entleerbaren Stomabeutel zum Auffangen des Stuhls verwenden und haben die Möglichkeit, ihn zu entleeren. Mit der Zeit werden Sie wahrscheinlich lernen, wie Sie Ihr Stoma selbst pflegen und wie Sie das Beste aus Ihrem Leben mit einem Ileostoma machen können.

Bei einem Ileostoma ist der Stuhl meist flüssig oder halbgeformt, weshalb ein entleerbarer Stomabeutel von Vorteil sein kann. Der oft als Ileostomiebeutel bezeichnete Beutel hat einen Bodenauslass, der es ermöglicht, den Beutel zu entleeren, ohne ihn auszutauschen. In vielen Fällen erhalten Sie nach Ihrer Operation einen transparenten, entleerbaren Beutel, um Ihnen zu helfen, den Beutel richtig zu verwenden. Wenn Sie lernen, wie das Stoma zu behandeln ist, werden Ihnen undurchsichtige Beutel gezeigt, die die meisten Menschen für mehr Diskretion verwenden. Einige undurchsichtige Beutel verfügen auch über ein so genanntes Sichtfenster, um eine visuelle Kontrolle von Stoma und Ausscheidung zu ermöglichen.

Entleerbare Beutel mit Bodenauslass

Alle unsere Softima® Roll-up Ileostomiebeutel haben einen breiten, entleerbaren Auslass von 7 cm, der eine einfachere Entleerung des Beutels und Reinigung des Auslasses ermöglichen soll. Unsere Softima®-Serien sind mit einer integrierten Aufrollklemme ausgestattet, mit der der Beutel durch Falten des Auslasses und Zusammendrücken der Klebestreifen geschlossen werden kann.

Weiße Laschen an den Roll-up-Auslass-System unserer Softima® Ileostomiebeutel helfen, den Auslass weit zu öffnen, sowohl zum Entleeren des Beutels als auch zum Reinigen des Auslasses.

Lösen Sie die beiden selbstklebenden Streifen und rollen Sie die Hülle in Richtung Toilettenschüssel ab. Vorsicht, die Entleerung beginnt direkt an dieser Stelle. Um den Auslass vollständig zu öffnen, üben Sie mit den Fingern leichten Druck auf die Führungen aus (siehe Bild).

Sobald die Entleerung abgeschlossen ist, drücken Sie die Hülse durch leichten Druck von oben nach unten so weit wie möglich aus. Reinigen Sie das Ende des Beutels mit Wasser und Seife.

Schließen des Roll-up-Beutels

Der Roll-up-Auslass verfügt über eine integrierte selbsthaltende Softklemme. Sobald der Auslass dieser Ileostomiebeutel verschlossen ist, hat der Beutel die gleiche kompakte Form wie ein geschlossener Kolostomiebeutel. Die Ränder des Auslasses sind weich, um den Tragekomfort des Ileostomiebeutels zu erhöhen.

Das Ende des Roll-up-Auslass-System muss viermal gefaltet oder aufgerollt werden. Dazu zunächst die weißen Laschen viermal nach vorne falten und zum Schluss die Lasche mit dem selbstklebenden Streifen anheben und schließlich über das gefaltete System legen. Um den Auslass zu verschließen, stellen Sie sicher, dass die beiden selbstklebenden Streifen aufeinander ausgerichtet sind, sich gegenüberliegen und über ihre gesamte Länge Druck ausüben, um sie sicher zu verschließen.

Unsere zweiteiligen Beutel Softima® Key Maxi und Softima® 3S High Flow sowie der einteilige Softima® Active O'convex High Flow verfügen über einen speziell entwickelten großen, trichterförmigen Auslass, der an einen distalen Auffangbeutel angeschlossen werden kann.

Der Beutel kann entleert werden, indem die Kappe abgenommen und der Auslass in Richtung Toilettenschüssel gerichtet wird. Wenn die Entleerung abgeschlossen ist, können Sie den Deckel reinigen und wieder schließen.

Auffangbeutel

Unser Flow Collector ist ein distaler Stuhlauffangbeutel mit einem Volumen von 2 Litern, das ungefähr mit einer bedruckten Skala gemessen werden kann. Der Auslass des Flow Collectors hat einen großen Durchmesser von 20 mm. Die Verschlusskappe ist mit gekerbten Laschen versehen, die das Greifen und Öffnen auch mit nassen Fingern erleichtern sollen.

Sowohl der High-Flow-Auslass unserer Beutel als auch der Flow Collector wurden speziell entwickelt, um einfach miteinander verbunden zu werden und so eine Antwort auf ein Stoma mit hohem Ausscheidungsvolumen zu bieten.

Um die Leistung des Filters Ihres Stomabeutels zu erhalten ist es wichtig, diesen vor dem Baden, Duschen oder Schwimmen mit einem Schutzaufkleber abzudecken. Die Aufkleber sind der Verpackung beigefügt. Die Anwendung ist einfach. Vergessen Sie nicht, den Filterschutzaufkleber nach der Aktivität wieder zu entfernen.
